I haven't found any supplement review sites that don't have some commercial intent.

I have done my own review of the products that are available and openly recommend the ones that are availble through this site. I have found them to have excellent formulations, to use the highest quality, non-contaminated ingredients and to be reliable and efficient in their interactions and shipments. Total Balance supplements are, as they say, balanced and provide the total nutrients the body need to be healthy.

You can find more information about the supplements by following the links to the left of the page.

I hope this has been of assistance and all the best for your health improvement.

Kind regards

Everybody uses the word Fluoride.

It sounds clean but actually people should change there vocabulary and start calling it for what it is, Hydrofluorosilicic acid.
Hydrofluorosilicic acid is a compound containing fluoride around 25% +/-.

Hydrofluorosilicic acid is a industrial waste product recovered from the smokestack scrubbers during production of phosphate fertilizer and added to municipal water to "fluoridate” it.

This substance is not FDA approved and is not pharmaceutical (purified) grade. It contains trace amounts of heavy metals such as lead, arsenic and radium.

According to the EPA, no chronic health studies exist on this substance.

Amino acids are very necessary for the development of healthy hair, nails and skin. The nails and hair are mostly made up of a protein called keratin and amino acids are needed for its production. The hair, skin and nails are a general indicator of overall health - if they are not good shape you need to look for the underlying reason for this and make changes at that level.

Any problems with you hair, nails and skin are an indication of a nutritional deficiency. The deficiencies can be with amino acids or vitamins and minerals (particularly vitamins A and C, the B group vitamins, zinc, manganese and iron). If there is a nutritional deficiency then these can be corrected by eating appropriate foods or with the use of supplements.

Poor skin, hair and nails can also be associated with certain drugs, including the contraceptive pill, anticoagulants, and anti-cancer drugs, heavy metals like mercury, cadmium, and lead and hereditary factors. Also, bleaching, perming and some color treatments will cause a lot of hair breakage which can give the appearance of the hair thinning.

Amino acids can assist with improving the hair, nails and skin - if there is a deficiency - but the problem may also be with other factors, including other nutritional deficiencies.
