Acne: Case Study
Alan, at the time of writing, is a twenty year old, but he first visited as a sixteen year old with severe cystic-type acne on his face and chest. He also suffered from allergies that congested his nose most of the time. He had been treated with antibiotics for five months with no real improvement. His only other problem was a nervous restlessness, which is an indication of a zinc deficiency. He was already taking a vitamin B complex. His diet contained too many processed foods, dairy products and too much red meat and his appetite was poor.
Over an eighteen month period, with the treatment outlined below, the skin on his face cleared completely. The skin on his torso cleared more slowly and needed another year of treatment in reduced quantities. His improvement wasn't dramatic but it was consistent over the treatment period. His appetite improved and his nose became clear. Without treatment there was little prospect that Alan's condition would have improved.
Alan was treated with:
internal cleansing following the safe colon cleansing principles and recommendations,
herbs to cleanse the lymphatic system and tone the liver:
- burdock,
- violet leaves,
- dandelion root and leaves,
- fringe tree,
- centaury and
- wahoo,
a general multivitamin and mineral supplement with additional:
- vitamin B complex,
- vitamin C,
- zinc,
- iron, and
- calcium.
It cannot be expected that severe acne, such as suffered by Alan, will clear in a very short period of time. There needs to be a healing from the inside - and not an application of creams etc. on the outside. All of the organs of elimination need to be cleansed - the bowel, liver, kidneys and the skin. When the elimination organs are relieved of their toxic load the pressure on the skin, as an organ of elimination, is reduced and it is them able to heal. Severe acne needs to be approached in a wholistic manner. Get your copy of Safe Colon Cleansing and find out how you can overcome your acne and other health problems.
